The CI M. Evelyn-Bernard Participation Award will be presented to the graduating cadet who has, throughout their cadet career, accumulated the highest score in the following areas: a. attendance; b. number of years in cadets; c. member of Squadron units/teams; d. community service hours; e. squadron appointments; f. Level achieved; g. rank achieved; and h. participation in Squadron extra-curricular activities (weekend exercises, community service hours, parades, sports competitions, etc.).
