Presented annually since the 2006/2007 Training Year to the cadet who consistently exhibits outstanding classroom, field and drill instruction skills, including: – Creativity in the use of multimedia; – Preparedness and delivery; – Classroom control and encouragement of maximum participation; – Creative assessment of cadets; – Follow-up and remedial assistance; and – Cooperation and partnership with training staff.
